Iran’s foreign minister has claimed the situation is "under total control" – amid reports that hundreds of people have been killed and more than 10,000 arrested as the regime cracks down on protests across the country.
Information is hard to verify because of the near total internet blackout. President Trump said Iran was now ready to negotiate with the US, after he warned he was considering "very strong" military action.
