Six Palestine Action activists are to face a retrial on charges of criminal damage in connection with a break-in at the UK site of Elbit systems, a defence firm based in Israel.
A jury at a trial earlier this month failed to return a verdict on a number of charges, which will now be re-tried.
Aggravated burglary charges against 18 other defendants accused of involvement are also being dropped.
