Sky News chief correspondent Stuart Ramsay joins a Kenyan-led peacekeeping mission on a night patrol deep into the heart of gang territory in Port-au-Prince.
The Multinational Security Support mission (MSS) was sent to Haiti in June last year to help restore order to the county, where gangs have seized control of almost all of the capital.
