Smile Direct Club has shut down and customers aren’t sure what to do.
The company offered remote appointments for customers to straighten their teeth using clear aligners, promising incredible results.
Not everyone got the results they were hoping for.
But now many have been left in the lurch mid way through their journey, after the company closed down following bankruptcy back in October.
Dentists treating Smile Direct patients have been left to pick up the pieces.
We reached out to Smile Direct club for comment but at the time of publishing this have had no response.
They’ve told customers to consult a doctor or dentist about how to proceed – dashing smile dreams for many, and potentially making it a much more costly ordeal
