South Korea’s embattled leader is facing a fight for his political life after imposing – and then lifting – martial law.
Yoon Suk Yeol could now be impeached as early as Friday.
It came after he dramatically imposed martial law on Tuesday night, initiating a crackdown on press freedoms and opposition activity.
Cordelia Lynch spoke to some of those who took to the streets to defend democracy.
