South Korea’s governing party leader says President Yoon Suk Yeol needs to be removed from power, after his failed attempt to impose martial law.
The country’s politicians will vote on Saturday over whether to impeach Yoon.
The leader imposed martial law for several hours this week before lifting it again, a move that angered millions of South Koreans.
