Southend airport closed after plane crash

London’s Southend airport will be closed until further notice, after a small plane crashed yesterday afternoon – bursting into flames.

The number of casualties hasn’t yet been confirmed.

Zeusch Aviation, which was operating the flight, said it was actively supporting the authorities with their investigation.
