Southport attack: Rudakubana ‘obsessed with violence’

Southport attacker Axel Rudakubana, was "obsessed with violence", says Merseyside Police Chief Constable Serena Kennedy.

Adding that the definition of terrorism needs to be "looked at" and the system changed to stop those individuals "not linked to a particular ideology".
