Southport murders: Is the definition of terrorism 'out of kilter'?

Sky’s Sarah-Jane Mee speaks with the former National Lead of Prevent Sir Peter Fahy about the Southport murders.

The Prevent program is a national initiative that aims to prevent people from becoming terrorists or supporting terrorism in the UK.

Mr Fahy explains why Prevent was set up in the first place and the changes that need to happen to prevent more tragedies.

An inquiry into the Southport stabbings has been announced by the government.

It comes after Axel Rudakubana, 18, admitted murdering Alice da Silva Aguiar, nine, Bebe King, six, and Elsie Dot Stancombe, seven, in the attack in Southport, Merseyside, in July last year.
