Southport murders: two-phase public inquiry launched

A two-phase public inquiry into the Southport murders has formally begun.

The first phase will look at how lessons can be learned from the dance class attack that took the lives of three young girls – and the second aims to examine the wider issue of young people being drawn to extreme violence.
