Sir Keir Starmer is in China to boost trade – but he will face many different challenges, our political editor Beth Rigby says.
While it’s the first time a British leader has been in Beijing for eight years, she adds that he’s not the only European PM seeking to woo China.
"The Germans, the French, the Canadians, they are all looking to do more business with China," Beth explains.
