Sky’s Beth Rigby is with the prime minister in Kyiv where he’s announcing a new 100-year partnership with Ukraine.
It is Sir Keir Starmer’s first visit to the country since entering Number 10 in July.
Beth adds there will "lots of discussion about what peace negotiations might look like".
