Keir Starmer has insisted that "it is critical now all parties follow through on the commitments to" the Gaza peace plan.
The Prime Minister added: "Decommissioning of weaponry, of Hamas is hugely and critically important for the future of peace."
He went on to say the UK had experience in this area in relation to Northern Ireland and would be "well placed" to carry out that role.
