Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has described his meeting with Prime Minister Keir Starmer as "warm and meaningful".

Starmer told his Ukrainian counterpart he had “full backing across the United Kingdom" as the pair met at Downing Street on Saturday.
