Keir Starmer has been criticised for ‘taking credit’ for the reduction in migration numbers.
Speaking to Martin Daubney on GB News, Conservative MP James Cleverly hit out at the PM, saying he found it ‘galling’ that Starmer claimed responsibilty for the figures.
He said: ‘The idea that Keir Starmer is taking credit for the difficult decisions that we made and that he opposed at the time, I think is a bit rich.’
