Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer has said that security in the Arctic must be strengthened in response to a "pressing" Russian threat.

Speaking to Channel 4 News, the PM also said that economic pressure, like Trump’s now-scrapped plans for tariffs, should not be used as a threat regarding positions on the Danish territory.
"The future of Greenland is a matter for Greenland and Denmark to decide," he said.
