Storm Herminia hits the UK

Storm Herminia has hit the UK with yellow warnings in place for wind and heavy rain for much of Wales and Southern England.

The Met Office said heavy rain would bring a chance of power cuts and delays to travel services. Warnings for wind and rain have now been extended into Tuesday for some regions.
