The prime minister says that now inflation has halved since its record highs last year, he will "begin the next phase" of reducing taxes.
Rishi Sunak did not reveal what taxes would be for the chop, but they are expected to be confirmed on Wednesday when Chancellor Jeremy Hunt delivers his autumn statement in the Commons.
