Supreme Court to rule on car finance row

Millions of motorists could be in line for major payouts – when the Supreme Court makes a landmark ruling later today over mis-sold car financing.

Last Autumn the Court of Appeal decided that car finance agreements which contained hidden commission were unlawful.
Around 90 percent of new cars in the UK are bought on finance – so compensation claims could reach billions of pounds.
