Talks underway between Trump and Putin, after warm welcome for the Russian President | ITV News

From the moment it was announced, it was clear tonight’s meeting – of Presidents Putin and Trump – would be an historic moment, watched and pored over around the world.

Nowhere more so than in war-torn Ukraine, kept away from these talks – despite its future, and therefore Europe’s more widely, hanging on the outcome of the summit.
