The parents of a teenager killed in a hit-and-run crash have urged the driver to hand themselves in, saying: "If you have any empathy in you whatsoever, it’s the least you can do."
Bailey Chadwick, 19, was struck in the early hours of Sunday 19 July, after his shift at a nearby pub in Pateley Bridge, North Yorkshire.
In an emotional plea his family said Bailey had been "torn away" from them, and begged the driver to "do the right thing".
