Teenage killer planned school shooting after killing family

A court heard Nicholas Prosper, who murdered three of his family members in Luton also last year but also planned to carry out a mass shooting at his former primary school.

The teenager has been sentenced to a minimum of 49 years in jail. prosecutors said his "chilling" crimes had left the entire community in shock.
