Thousands of LGBTQ+ rights supporters are expected to attend the Budapest Pride march, in defiance of a police ban.
Organisers said they expect tens of thousands to attend, with participants arriving from 30 different countries, including European Commissioner for Equality Hadja Lahbib and about 70 members of the European Parliament.
LGBTQ+ activist and journalist Adam Kanicsar spoke to Sky News from the march in the Hungarian capital city.
