The terrorism case against the Kneecap rapper Liam Óg Ó hAnnaidh has been thrown out following a technical error in the way the case was prosecuted.

Known by his stage name Mo Chara, he was initially charged to have been in possession of a Hezbollah flag at a gig at the O2 Forum in Kentish Town last November.
The Crown prosecution service says it’s going to review the decision of the court carefully.
