The terror case against the Kneecap rapper Liam Óg Ó hAnnaidh has been thrown out because of a technicality.
The singer – who performs under the stage name Mo Chara – was accused of displaying a flag in support of the banned terrorist organisation Hezbollah at a North London gig.
But the magistrate at Woolwich Crown Court found that the charge had not been brought correctly within the 6 month time limit.
