The government has promised to crackdown on care providers who restrict families from visiting their loved ones with learning disabilities.
It follows an ITV News investigation which found hundreds of families saying they are being cut off from vulnerable relatives, after they complained about poor care.
Ministers have promised to strengthen visiting rights and warned they could change the law to ensure better protections for families.
