On tonight’s show, Ali Fortescue, ex-Labour minister Caroline Flint and ex-Tory chancellor Nadhim Zahawi discuss the government’s updated emergency preparedness guidance.
The government is recommending people prepare to survive for three days in the event of a severe weather event, cyber attack or other emergency.
Also, ahead of a meeting of Commonwealth leaders, the secretary-general of the Commonwealth tells Ali that an apology from the King for the UK’s role in the slave trade "wouldn’t hurt".
Plus, Sky’s Beth Rigby returns to Makerfield to ask people how Andy Burnham is getting on as prime minister.
