The last bakery in Gaza goes mobile as Israel's blockade forces others to shut down

The last working bakery in Gaza has had to move around the territory to keep functioning in the wake of Israeli evacuation orders. Aid agencies say those orders now cover 65% of the territory on the Gaza strip. The World Food Programme (WFP) was forced to close all 25 of its bakeries in the territory this month due to the Israeli blockade on humanitarian aid, including flour. The bakeries had been supplying 800,000 people before they had to shut, deepening the humanitarian crisis
