Russia’s former deputy foreign minister, Andrei Fedorov, says Russia would need a change in strategy and launch massive missile strikes across Ukraine to win the war. Fedorov also told DW’s Sarah Kelly that Russian President Vladimir Putin would never turn back and that a return to the negotiating table would be considered defeat.
