Prince Naseem Hameed and his trainer Brendan Ingle were one of the most formidable boxing partnerships.
With Brendan by his side, Prince Naseem became multiple featherweight world champion between 1995 and 2001.
He’d trained at Ingle’s gym in Sheffield since he was a young boy. But the pair had an acrimonious falling out, and broke off their working relationship for good.
This documentary takes you behind the scenes, using exclusive footage of Naseem boxing as a young boy with Brendan Ingle.
Hear from Johnny Nelson, another former world champion trained by Brendan Ingle, as well as the late trainer’s son Dominic Ingle.
This month a biopic has been released about the story, called ‘Giant’. It stars Pierce Brosnan as Brendan Ingle and Amir El-Masry as Prince Naseem.
