There's been a change in how parliament talks about royals, says minister

MPs have officially backed the release of files relating to Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor’s appointment as a UK trade envoy in 2001.

Asked by Ali Fortescue on Politics Hub whether the rules around discussing royals in parliament had changed today, care minister Stephen Kinnock said: "Yes, it does feel like there’s been a change and there clearly has to be."

He said the government agreed with the Liberal Democrat motion to release the Andrew trade envoy files.
