Residents who escaped from a fire in a large block of flats in east London have told Sky News they feel "abandoned".
Five weeks after the blaze, both the block’s management company and owner of the building have failed to meet them.
The response has been branded "woeful" by the local council.
Taxpayers have had to pay £500,000 to support those residents who have lost everything in the fire in Dagenham.
