‘They thought he was dead until he moved’: Teen arrives in UK for treatment

Foreign Secretary David Lammy has promised that Britain will do more to help Palestinian children who need urgent medical treatment in the UK.

So far this country has taken in just two children out of more than 7,000 who’ve been evacuated.

But one more teenager managed to arrive this week, 15-year-old Majd, who was injured trying to get humanitarian aid.

He’ll now be getting facial reconstruction surgery thanks to the Project Pure Hope charity.
