Thirteen killed in Ukraine as major prisoner swap underway

It’s the second day of a deal to swap a thousand soldiers and civilians over three days.

But that rare cooperation hasn’t stopped Russia killing at least 13 people in air strikes across the country.

Or hitting Kyiv with a major drone and missile attack overnight, which injured at least 15 people.
