Sky News Chief Correspondent Stuart Ramsay talks to the commander of the Kenyan-led Multinational Security Support mission (MSS) – tasked with helping to restore order to Haiti, where gangs have seized control of almost the entire capital, Port-au-Prince.
The UN-mandated international police and military force began its mission in June last year, but has been criticised for failing to curtail gang activity.
However, General Godfrey Otunge tells Stuart he is optimistic he will soon have the extra resources needed to finish the job.
