Antonia Bance is one of the MPs opposed to the proposed assisted dying legislation making its way through parliament.
The scrutiny committee stage has got under way, allowing for tweaks and changes to be suggested.
Bance tells Sophy Ridge a number of sceptical MPs backed the bill upon its first vote in the Commons last year because of that judge safeguard – and many will now "twink twice" in the post-scrutiny vote.
