On the eve of Holocaust Memorial Day, ITV News has heard from three generations of the same family about why remembering the horrors of the past is more important than ever.
Joanna Millan was liberated from the Nazi concentration camp at Theresienstadt – now in modern-day Czech Republic – when she was three years old.
Joanna now has a large family of her own, and they told our Correspondent Geraint Vincent about the dangers of forgetting the lessons from the past.
