‘Building Design’ senior reporter Tom Lowe says there are three main groups blamed for the Grenfell Tower fire in 2017 but said it wouldn’t be fair to say that one of them is entirely responsible.
The report published by the Grenfell inquiry blamed government officials and ministers, product manufacturers and the construction and design teams, which he says all share the blame for the fire.
