Three in hospital after gas explosion destroys house in Bristol

Three people have been taken to hospital after a suspected gas explosion destroyed a house in Yate, near Bristol.

The blast happened early this morning, triggering a fire which engulfed the house and spread to neighbouring homes. 40 people were also evacuated from nearby properties.
