Two Alpha jets from the French display team Patrouille de France collided during a training flight near an airbase in Saint-Dizier on Tuesday.

The French air and space force said all three pilots onboard the planes managed to eject and were found alive before being taken to hospital for treatment. An investigation has been opened to establish the cause of the crash
