Ticketmaster has committed to telling fans the range of prices for concert tickets when they join the sale queue and informing them when cheaper seats sell out.

The Competition and Markets Authority says buyers will also be told in advance if tiered pricing will be used and what that means.
It follows an investigation into how Ticketmaster sold Oasis tickets last year.
