Former British prime minister Tony Blair was the only name mentioned by Donald Trump, aside from himself, to be a part of his "Board of Peace".
The former Labour leader has now issued a statement after Trump called him a "good man".
In a statement, Blair said the Board of Peace "offers us the best chance of ending two years of war, misery and suffering and I thank President Trump for his leadership, determination and commitment."
