Tornadoes and wildfires leave at least 40 dead in the US with ‘staggering damage’ | ITV News

At least 40 people have died after tornadoes hit the Midwest and South of the United States of America over the weekend.

Missouri was the worst-hit area, where 12 people died.

Governor Mike Kehoe said: "The scale of devastation across our state is staggering".
