Total solar eclipse: Behind the cosmic coincidence and it’s unique path | DW News

Parts of North America have experienced a total solar eclipse. Tens of millions of people witnessed the rare spectacle. Its path cuts across the continent from Mexico to Canada. Those lucky enough to be in the path of totality saw the moon completely engulf the sun and briefly turn day into night.
