Farmers have brought tractors to a budget day protest against proposed inheritance tax changes in defiance of a police ban on the vehicles in Westminster.
The Metropolitan Police said on Tuesday evening that conditions had been put in place to prevent tractors and agricultural vehicles joining the protest in Whitehall.
Chancellor Rachel Reeves will deliver the budget in the House of Commons at 12.30pm.
