Tropical Storm Isaias expected in the Gulf as confidence grows in landfall

A developing system in the Gulf is expected to strengthen into Tropical Storm Isaias and head toward the northern Gulf Coast later this week. Heavy rain, gusty winds and a potential weekend landfall are becoming increasingly likely.
