US President Donald Trump has issued a rare rebuke of Vladimir Putin after Russia launched a massive attack on Ukraine over the weekend. Trump said on social media: "Something has happened to him, he’s gone absolutely crazy." His comments come a week after announcing the beginning of peace talks between Moscow and Kyiv.
