Trump chooses senior campaign adviser Susie Wiles as White House chief of staff

Donald Trump has said his senior campaign adviser Susie Wiles will be his White House chief of staff.

She will be the first woman to take on the senior role after the presidential inauguration in January.

Mr Trump said in a statement that Susie Wiles ‘just helped me achieve one of the greatest political victories in American history’.
