Trump: ‘I probably would’ talk to Venezuela’s Maduro

US officials say President Trump still has not yet made a decision whether to order land strikes against Venezuela, but President Trump did say a new State Department terrorist designation of a Venezuelan drug cartel would give him the authority for such a strike.
