Donald Trump has claimed that he was obliged to sue the BBC over the way one of his speeches was edited by a Panorama programme.

Mr Trump told Fox News that his speech had been changed to "sound radical" – declaring that it had "defrauded the public, and they admitted it".
The US President has threatened a £1 billion lawsuit against the BBC – their lawyers say they will "respond directly in due course".
